•Backing track acceptable if live accompaniment unavailable
•Only sing unaccompanied if neither option is accessible

SELF-TAPE SUBMISSION (UK/INTERNATIONAL)
•14 days from admissions email to submit link with password
•Record two contrasting MT songs (accompaniment preferred)
•Record 3-minute video introduction/personal statement
•North American applicants audition in person instead

TWO CONTEMPORARY MONOLOGUES
•Alternative: self-devised or choreographed dance/movement piece (max 5 min)
•If performing dance piece, bring your own portable music system and speaker
•Any gender monologues accepted

•No UCAS required for postgraduate courses
•MFA recommended over MA if pursuing teaching/directing or wanting extended London residency

•Prepare songs unaccompanied plus monologues or dance piece
•Musical Theatre recall in New York — March 7, 2026
•Can also be considered for acting courses by adding monologues
ELIGIBILITY
•Must be 21 or older
•Undergraduate degree or relevant professional experience required
•Non-native English speakers need IELTS 7.0 (7.0 in each sub-test)
NOTIFICATION
•Results within 2-3 weeks of recall
