Training
•The Musical Theatre minor is a formal collaboration between Lee's School of Music and Theatre program, bringing theatre, music and dance together for students completing another major.
•Its interdisciplinary focus develops sung storytelling and stage performance rather than duplicating either the general Music minor or Theatre minor.
Performance & Productions
•Theatre students work across acting, directing and technical areas, and Lee Theatre produces four shows annually in the Buzz Oates Theater and Dixon Center Auditorium.
•Music-side resources include vocal instruction, ensembles and recital activity, while rehearsal rooms, a design lab, scene and costume shops support the theatrical dimensions of the minor.
