•A separate School of Music audition is required to enroll as a music major — in addition to university admission

Audition Expectations
•In-person audition on the Lee University campus
•A short sight-reading and ear-training exercise is included
•Sight-reading does not by itself determine admission
Decisions
•Acceptance Status Notification sent by letter within two weeks of the audition
•Full Acceptance into the School of Music
•Provisional Acceptance — re-audition required after one semester
•Recommended for Elective Study — may take music courses without pursuing the degree
