Training
•The BA Studio Production emphasis develops skills for television and remote video production in the fast-paced team environment used by broadcast, industrial and religious media organizations.
•Its liberal-arts framework adds intermediate foreign-language study while covering digital-media history, practices and the commercial, legal, ethical and social context of media.
Professional Development
•Students use the Communication Arts Building's television studio and audio/video labs and can contribute to Lee Update as an anchor, writer, camera operator, teleprompter operator or audio crew member.
•Nearby broadcaster internships and on-campus LEETV or Sports Communication practicums extend classroom production into recurring live and recorded work.
