Repertoire List
•One piece from the standard classical guitar literature (may be a movement from a larger work)
•One movement of Bach
•An étude by Sor, Carcassi, Brouwer, or Villa-Lobos
•Three selections from the Giuliani 120 Studies for the Right Hand
•Optional: any additional work outside these requirements (your own composition, a work from another style such as blues, flamenco, or jazz, an ensemble recording, an improvisation, or a piece on another plucked string instrument)
Scales & Technique
•Three-octave major scale and its parallel minor

•A short introductory video about yourself and why you want to study at the Lawrence Conservatory
Letters of Recommendation
•One required from a private lesson teacher, general music teacher, or ensemble director, speaking to your musical abilities
•Additional academic references may be submitted if desired
