What's The Process

No Audition Required

•Open admission community college

•No audition required for program admission

Scholarship Audition (Optional)

•Perform two memorized pieces in contrasting styles on primary instrument

•Assessment of scales, ranges, aural skills, and sight-reading

•On-campus auditions available during scholarship audition dates

•Video submissions accepted via email to fcook@lccc.wy.edu

Scholarship Info

Music Scholarship

•Awarded based on performance ability, musical ability, and GPA

•Recommended 2.5 GPA or higher

•Open to both music majors and non-music majors

•Renewable for up to five consecutive semesters

Retention Requirements

•Maintain a 2.5 GPA or better in all coursework

•Maintain a C or better in all music courses

•Enroll in at least one performance ensemble both fall and spring semesters

•Attend and serve at School of Arts and Humanities events each semester
