What's The Process

PRODUCTION AUDITIONS

All MT concentration students are required to participate in season auditions each semester
Prepare a monologue plus 16-32 bars of a musical theatre song
-Bring piano/vocal sheet music in the correct key
Complete audition must fall within 90 seconds

DEPARTMENTAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS

8-10 Merit Scholarships awarded to returning majors each spring for the following academic year
Evaluated by the Department's Scholarship Committee
Criteria: GPA, community service, application essay, and service to the Department
Separate from need-based financial aid

UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS

Incoming first-year and transfer students may apply for university-wide scholarships after admission
