Training
•The five-unit Dance minor includes two units of technique selected from ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip hop, ballroom, advanced contemporary, Broadway repertory, and Dance Lab.
•Two additional units come from Dance Appreciation, Dance Composition, Choreography, Kinesiology, or Theatre Appreciation, followed by a Dance Special Project.
Performance & Productions
•Minors may audition for the mainstage Dance Concert and participate in the Student Choreographed Dance Concert organization.
Degree Flexibility
•Music Theatre majors may double-count eligible BFA dance courses toward the minor.
