•Bullet: Piano performers complete seven course units of applied lessons over four years, four theory courses, three history surveys, keyboard harmony, and conducting.
•Bullet: Piano Pedagogy, Foundations and Principles of Music Education, and private-teaching study make pedagogy a defined part of the major.
Performance & Productions
•Bullet: Chamber Music–Piano Ensemble, accompanying, and other appropriate ensembles support collaborative playing; at least one ensemble unit is in accompanying.
•Bullet: The performance sequence culminates in junior and senior recitals.
