PERSONAL RESPONSE (required):
•Written or recorded using prompt: "Describe what collaboration means to you and what you feel you personally bring to collaborative endeavors"
•Written responses: no more than 300 words
•Recorded responses (audio or video): no more than 2 minutes
OPTIONAL MATERIALS:
•Brief resume including recent experiences, productions, roles, honors and awards
•Current HEADSHOT or recent photo
•SAMPLES OF WORK from productions:
-Pages of calling script, blocking notation, running notes, props lists, technical theatre materials

•Applications can be submitted in any order, but both must be received by deadline
