MTCP Song Option A

•One song written before 1970

•One song written after 1970 that contrasts with the first selection

•Record and upload each performance piece as separate media

Monologues

MTCP Monologue Option A

•One monologue from a published play or written by a professional writer

•Record and upload it as a separate piece of media

Optional Wild Card

•You may include an optional wild card video under the current MTCP guidance

Additional Materials

Slate Video (Required)

•Record one introduction slate stating your name; pronouns may be included

•Maximum 10 seconds

•Submit a representative headshot

•Digital audition via Acceptd OR in-person audition on campus

Annual Review

•BFA students reviewed for satisfactory progress each spring

•Prepare one contemporary MT song (32 bar), one Golden Age MT song (32 bar, contrasting), and one 1-minute contemporary monologue
