Scholarship Audition and Interview Requirements

These requirements are from the Fall 2026 entry cycle. Fall 2027 requirements are typically posted between August and October and usually change only slightly — confirm on the official source before submitting.

Optional audition and interview for scholarship consideration only; they are not required for program admission.

Monologues

Two Contrasting Monologues (Scholarship Audition)

Approximately 5-10 minutes total

May use a piece from IHSSA contest, Thespian Festival, or a high school play

Additional Materials

Letters of Recommendation (Required for Scholarship)

At least one letter from a high school theatre or music director, art teacher, counselor, principal, or community organization music/theatre director
