Audition Expectations
•Three options: on-campus auditions, Unified Auditions in Chicago, or Illinois High School Theatre Festival
•On-campus days include faculty workshops, student conversations, campus tours, and monologue auditions
•Unified and Theatrefest auditions do not include interactive workshops
•Conversations with departmental leadership and acting faculty
•Conversations with current Illinois Theatre students
•Tour of the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts
•Interactive workshops with faculty
•Monologue (and/or song) auditions
•International students or those with prohibitive travel may request virtual audition
