•18-20 hours per week of practical in-studio classes in acting, voice, dance, film/TV, and more

Performance & Productions

•Originate roles in new pieces with Broadway creatives (IAMT New Works)

Eligibility

•Post-secondary program for students 17+ or completing senior year of high school

•Transfer students from BFA programs and other conservatories welcome

•No academic requirement (GPA, testing, etc.)

•International students: no student visa option currently available

•Fall enrollment only

Early Decision

•ED period: September 1 through November 15

•Admitted ED applicants receive scholarship info and have 14 calendar days to submit deposit

Tuition

•$15,000 per semester ($30,000 per year), inclusive of all fees except housing

•Does not qualify for traditional student financial aid

•Interest-free semester or monthly payment plans available

Audition Format

•Choose to audition in-person or online

•Both formats receive equal consideration

In-Person Audition

•Introduce yourself and your goals

•Sing two contrasting 32-bar cuts

•Participate in a dance call

•Held at IAMT studios in NYC and at industry events around the country

•Full schedule and sign-up available on the IAMT Portal

Online Audition

•Submit a brief personal introduction video

•Submit two singing videos

•Submit at least one dance video

•Optional wild card video

•Upload all materials via Acceptd

Timeline

•Rolling admissions opens September 1

•Enrollment typically complete by early May
