•Students present original choreography at the American College Dance Festival and the New York City Choreography Seminar

•Prepares students for New York State initial certification as a teacher of dance in all grades (PreK–12)

•Program culminates with student teaching of dance in public schools on Long Island and in New York City
•Students may work with children at Hofstra's Diane Lindner-Goldberg Child Care Institute
