Songs

Two Contrasting One-Minute Excerpts

Students interested in musical theatre should prepare verse and chorus excerpts from an up-tempo song and a ballad

Monologues

Two One-Minute Monologues

Prepare one comic and one dramatic monologue

One should be Shakespearean or from the same general period, and one should be contemporary

Admission to the Theatre Arts program does not require an audition

Theatre majors may audition for scholarship consideration before enrolling at Gordon
