•Satisfies lower-division requirements for Theatre Arts or similar majors at many California State University campuses
•Units for the major may be double counted for Cal-GETC
Training & Curriculum
•18-20 unit major with flexibility in acting, production, design, and technical theatre
•Required core: Introduction to Theatre or Theatre History, Acting course, and production experience
•Elective options include Stage Make-up, Costume Design, Stagecraft, Lighting Design, and Theatre Design
Industry Access
•Located in Glendale, CA with direct access to Hollywood and the Los Angeles entertainment industry
•Cross-listed coursework with the Dance department (Movement for Musical Theatre)
