•The three-year program provides personalized professional training in drawing, painting, drafting, model-building, art history, text analysis, and technical practice
•Primary study areas include Scenic Design, Costume Design, and Lighting Design, with secondary opportunities in Hair and Makeup, Sound Design, Technical Production, Stage Management, projections, and properties
Performance & Productions
•Graduate designers complete at least six fully produced shows across straight theatre, musical theatre, devised performance, dance, concert, and opera contexts
•Students work within a department mounting 12-15 major productions each year across five venues

•Clayes Performing Arts Center provides dedicated theatres, rehearsal rooms, design studios, and sound, makeup, lighting, scenic, and costume shops for realized production work
