Application Logistics

Do not begin a formal application before receiving an offer from the Director of the Conservatory

After receiving and accepting an offer, you will receive a Conservatory application and instructions for the FSU admissions process

Eligibility

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 in last two years of college work, or acceptable GRE scores taken within last 5 years

What's The Process

Audition Process

U/RTA Unified Auditions — audition for 40+ universities and resident theatre companies at one time

Private audition — schedule directly through the Conservatory

After paying the $50 audition fee, receive confirmation with link to submit headshot and resume

Final confirmation email from the Conservatory with your audition date and time

After receiving and accepting an offer, you receive a Conservatory application and FSU admissions instructions

Audition Expectations

Private auditions are 20 minutes each

Guaranteed opportunity to present work and interview with faculty

Two contrasting monologues: one classical and one contemporary
