Training
•Bullet: Liberal arts theatre curriculum includes script analysis, stagecraft, theatre history, acting, directing, production design, dramatic literature and a senior practicum.
•Bullet: Small theatre classes, typically 5-15 students, support close faculty mentoring.
Performance & Productions
•Bullet: Franklin produces four shows each year, and students can perform, direct, design and contribute from their first year.
•Bullet: Productions take place in Theatre Margot in the Johnson Center for Fine Arts.
Degree Flexibility
•Bullet: The theatre major includes related art and music coursework and supports minors or second majors.
