•Choral/vocal students take applied voice, performance seminar, vocal and choral literature, and vocal pedagogy/lyric diction.
•The music curriculum combines theory, aural skills, conducting, music history, applied study and a senior recital.
Performance & Productions
•Vocalists complete multiple semesters of Franklin College Singers plus Men's Chorus or Women's Chorus.
•The Music Department presents vocal chamber concerts, choral concerts, recitals and student performance opportunities in Custer Theatre.
Professional Development
•Music majors complete a senior portfolio plus an internship or senior project requirement.
