•Credit and non-credit Theatre Technology classes support degree, certificate, job-skills, and enrichment goals
Performance & Productions
•Theatre Technology students help create technical elements for three major departmental productions each academic year
•Production crew roles include set construction, props, stage crew, wardrobe, lighting, sound, and projections
•Advanced students can move into leadership and creative design roles such as stage manager, lighting designer, sound designer, costume designer, and projections designer
Professional Development
•Foothill maintains direct contact with Bay Area theatre companies and assists advanced students with internships or employment
•Career preparation spans scene shop, costume shop, electrics, properties, stage management, makeup, film/video, music, and event production
