•Three state-of-the-art dance studios equipped with Marley flooring, fixed wall ballet barres, free-standing barres, Pilates reformers, and dance conditioning equipment.
•Technique training across ballet, modern, jazz, tap, hip-hop, Latin social, ballroom, African, Mexican, and world dance styles.
•Faculty are working dance professionals in the Los Angeles area; several hold MFAs from UC Irvine and other LA-region programs.
Performance & Productions
•Formal dance performances and informal showings throughout the year give students performing, choreography, and production crew experience.
•Students can work alongside professional adjunct instructors on live productions, gaining hands-on experience in professional costuming and lighting.
•El Camino's proximity to Los Angeles and Hollywood offers internship and employment pathways in film, theatre, and commercial dance.
