The last published Acceptd application fee was $35; need-based waivers were available through Acceptd Support

Transfer Pathway

Transfer applicants to BFA Directing and Stage Management can use Emory & Henry's VCCS, Transfer Virginia, and concurrent-admission pathways, with up to 75 prior credits evaluated toward the degree.

Audition Process

Submit a portfolio of directing and/or stage management work through the theatre application process

Selected applicants advance to an interview

Interview prompts may address a favorite playwright, artistic influences, an influential production, a play the applicant would like to direct, and the director's role in a production

Scholarship Info

Talent Scholarship

4-year renewable $1,000 Talent Scholarship through auditions and interviews

Students receive additional scholarship funds for completing an official campus visit
