The Acceptd Theatre: Scholarship option is currently closed; the next scholarship schedule has not been published

The last published process allowed either an Acceptd submission or attendance at Super Saturday, but not both

The last published Acceptd scholarship application fee was $35; need-based waivers were available through Acceptd Support

Transfer Pathway

Transfer applicants to BA Theatre can use Emory & Henry's VCCS, Transfer Virginia, and concurrent-admission pathways, with up to 75 prior credits evaluated toward the degree.

Audition Process

No audition is required for admission; the artistic review is for scholarship consideration only

Performance applicants choose 2 total samples from a monologue, contrasting second monologue, dance sample, optional contrasting second dance sample, or musical theatre song cut

Scholarship applicants should be prepared for an interview after the material review

4-year renewable $1,000 Talent Scholarship through auditions and interviews

Students receive additional scholarship funds for completing an official campus visit
