TRAINING & PRODUCTIONS
•Four mainstage productions per year — all students gain hands-on experience on stage and behind the scenes
•Senior capstone one-act play production directed by student
•Required practicum crews in stage management, dramaturgy, costumes, lighting, sound, and more

•Diane Ballweg Black Box Theatre — 120+ seat venue with state-of-the-art control booth
•The Stream arts center with outdoor amphitheatre overlooking Lake Wingra

•17 elective credits tailored to individual goals across 50+ courses from 11 departments
•Pathway options include Performance, Musical Theatre, Design/Tech, Stage Management, Directing, and more
OPPORTUNITIES
•Participates in Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF)
•Theatre Assembly student org with trips to Chicago and American Players Theatre
•12+ professional partnerships in the Madison arts community
•Open casting — students from any major welcome in productions

•London: Theater and Art History — fall coursework plus two-week immersive experience in London
