•Download and complete the Dance Major Audition Form

•Submit 3 copies of the completed Dance Major Audition Form for the audition

•On separate typed, double-spaced sheets in 12-point font, briefly answer the form's audition questions about dance training, performance or ministry experience, choreography, dance education, interests, goals, why Eastern, and how you heard about the program
