Audition Requirements

Songs

Two Vocal Selections

•Prepare two selections with contrasting tempos

•Preferably include at least one classical selection

•UIL solo-list selections are appropriate for Texas residents

•Memorization is preferred

Accompaniment

•Use original sheet music if music is needed; photocopied music and taped accompaniment are usually inappropriate

•Students may bring their own accompanist or arrange an ETBU accompanist in advance
