Audition Process
•Apply to ETSU first and obtain your E number
•Complete the online application form for the Department of Music (voice form for vocalists, instrumental form for instrumentalists)
•Schedule your audition date and audition in person on your primary instrument or voice
•In-person auditions are strongly encouraged
•Video auditions are allowed only if you live more than 150 miles from campus
Audition Expectations
•Treat the audition as a professional interview and dress appropriately (avoid jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, and casual clothes)
Decisions
•Notification of acceptance within one month of the audition
•Scholarship information arrives in a separate email
