Repertoire List

•Prepare the selections and technique listed for your primary instrument in Duquesne’s undergraduate music-major audition guidelines

Portfolio

•Audition Portfolio: include unedited video recordings meeting the primary-instrument requirements

•Audition Portfolio: compile public media links into one document and upload it through the applicant portal at least one week before the audition

•Supplemental compositions, recordings, production work, or other musical media may be included

Application Process

•Complete the Duquesne application and receive provisional university admission before the music review

•Register in the applicant portal and submit the Audition Portfolio at least one week before the appointment

What's The Process

Two-Part Music Review

•Faculty review the required Audition Portfolio before the scheduled live audition

•Complete a primary-instrument audition and a conversational Music Technology degree interview, online or on campus

•The online musicianship exam is for course placement
