Audition Process
•Bullet: All music majors and minors audition for Department of Music faculty
•Bullet: On-campus auditions take place in Harmon Fine Arts Center
•Bullet: Recorded submissions are accepted through Acceptd when students cannot travel to campus
•Bullet: Special-arrangement auditions may be available by contacting the Department of Music
Audition Expectations
•Bullet: An accompanist is provided for on-campus auditions unless students bring their own
•Bullet: Faculty may ask for sight-reading, scales, or arpeggios when appropriate to the instrument
•Bullet: Music theory and similar placement work is not an admission gateway in the reviewed sources
