Audition Process
•All music majors and minors audition for Department of Music faculty
•On-campus auditions take place in Harmon Fine Arts Center
•Recorded submissions are accepted through Acceptd when students cannot travel to campus
•Special-arrangement auditions may be available by contacting the Department of Music
Audition Expectations
•An accompanist is provided for on-campus auditions unless students bring their own
•Faculty may ask for sight-reading, scales, or arpeggios when appropriate to the instrument
•Music theory and similar placement work is not an admission gateway in the reviewed sources
