Audition Process
•Submit application to DePaul University specifying BFA Costume Design as intended major
•Within 24 hours, receive access to the Blue Demon Domain (application status portal)
•Upload interview fee, resume, and portfolio before registering
•All application materials must be received by February 1
•Log in to the interview registration page to select a date/time — first come, first served
•Registration typically closes one week before the interview date
•Interview registration deadline: February 15
•Interviews take place in-person (Chicago) or virtually (Zoom)
•Saturday, January 31 — Chicago (9 a.m.–2 p.m.)
•Friday, February 13 — Chicago (9 a.m.–2 p.m.)
•Saturday, February 21 — Chicago (9 a.m.–2 p.m.)
•November 15–February 15 — Virtual (various times)
Decisions
•Admission decisions released mid-March along with scholarships and financial aid
•Three outcomes: deny, waitlist, or admit
•Deadline to respond to offer: May 1
