•24-unit AA-T (Associate in Arts for Transfer) in Music
•Four-semester Theory and Musicianship sequences (I through IV)
•Four semesters of Applied Music (private instruction) on student’s instrument
•Four semesters of Ensemble participation required
Performance & Productions
•Choice of ensembles: Swing Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Jazz and Musical Theater Choir, Masterworks Chorale, Cypress Singers, Chamber Singers, or Vocal Jazz Ensemble
Degree Flexibility
•Guaranteed admission to the CSU system upon completion (SB 1440/STAR Act)
•No more than 60 additional units required at CSU to earn a bachelor’s degree
•Prepares for upper-division Music coursework at a CSU campus
•Patrons of the Arts scholarships available for talented music students
