•Bullet: One of the oldest graduate dance programs in the U.S.; CWRU's contemporary dance graduate study dates to the mid-1970s.

Training
•Bullet: 30-credit MA in Contemporary Dance with a 5:1 student-to-faculty ratio; faculty were professional dancers in New York City before joining CWRU.
•Bullet: Coursework moves from technique and choreography into kinesiology via the Dancer Wellness Program — the first graduate-level program of its kind in the U.S.
•Bullet: Graduate dancers begin on the MA track and may continue in the MA or advance to the MFA after faculty evaluation.
