Two-Part Audition Required
•Music Therapy applicants complete TWO individual auditions
•A voice or instrumental audition on an instrument that satisfies all that area's requirements
•An interview with the Coordinator of Music Therapy, during which you sing a popular song from memory while self-accompanying on piano or guitar
•All auditioning students are also considered for music talent scholarships
Scheduling
•Apply for admission to Converse University
•Submit the Music Audition Application Form
•Attend a scheduled audition day on campus
Recorded Audition Option
•If unable to audition in person, submit a recorded audition
•Upload an unlisted video to YouTube
•Email the video link to Macey Dotson (macey.dotson@converse.edu)
At the Audition
•You may be asked to sight-read
