•Combines performance, technical/design, and theatre-education coursework without the K-12 student teaching and certification requirements of the certification track
•Built for students aiming at professional theatre, community theatre, theatre administration, or graduate study rather than public-school teaching
•Minimum 2.0 GPA across theatre courses; a grade of C or better required in each field and professional course

•Students perform and crew across the department's full season of 75+ public performances each year
Facilities
•Riverside Theatre Complex houses three performance spaces: a 350-seat Proscenium Theatre with a 38-line-set fly system, fully trapped stage, and flexible orchestra pit; a flexible Studio Theatre for experimental work; and a Lab Theatre for acting and lighting-design instruction and student-created projects
