•Full season of productions in Minor Latham Playhouse and Glicker-Milstein Theatre
•Collaboration between students and professional theatre artists
•Open auditions for all undergraduates each semester
STUDY ABROAD
•Study abroad courses may count toward the major, including conservatory programs in London (RADA, BADA)

•Barnard students may declare at any time during the first or second year
•Columbia College students declare in the spring of sophomore year
•All majors must submit the online Theatre Major Declaration Form
SENIOR THESIS
•All majors must apply for a concentration field for senior thesis
•Thesis application due in January of junior year
•Thesis fields: acting, design, directing, dramaturgy, playwriting, solo performance, stage management, research

•Acting courses require completion of Acting I before advancing to Acting II
