An optional SlideRoom arts supplement may include theater or musical recordings and dance portfolios; it is reviewed as part of holistic admission and is not required to pursue theater

Portfolio items should identify the title, date, and applicant's role in the work

The optional SlideRoom supplement is due with the selected admission-plan deadline and carries a $12 fee, automatically waived for eligible Common App fee-waiver and QuestBridge applicants

Enrollment

Students declare the theater major or minor after admission to Colgate

Transfer Pathway

Transfer students may enter Colgate with sophomore or junior standing based on accepted credit. The Theater Department may approve up to two transferred courses toward the major, while the senior seminar must be completed at Colgate.
