Scholarship Audition Requirements

These requirements are from the Fall 2026 entry cycle. Fall 2027 requirements are typically posted between August and October and usually change only slightly — confirm on the official source before submitting.

Optional audition for scholarship consideration only; it is not required for program admission.

Monologues

Two Contrasting Monologues

Two pieces of contrasting nature

No more than 5 minutes total time

If the piece contains music, supply your own accompanist, recorded accompaniment, or sing a cappella

Additional Materials

Resume (Required)

Include a complete listing of theatre and music experience

Training or coursework in music, dance, speaking, drama

Experience in construction, electricity, design, art, costuming

Letters of Recommendation (Required)

Two letters required

Should address talent, character, work ethic, and academic ability
