•BFA and MFA programs in Stage Design; CCM also offers one of the only MFA programs in Stage Properties in the nation
•Students develop skills in drawing, painting, rendering, model-making, CAD drafting and research for theatrical 3-D environments
•Props training covers carpentry, leatherwork, puppetry, mold-making, welding, electronics and digital imaging
Performance & Productions
•Over 100 plays and projects annually across musicals, plays, operas and dance in CCM’s three performance venues
•Student designers work on full productions from sophomore year; both BFA and MFA students assigned to all shows

•Stage Properties graduates have produced props for Broadway, Cirque du Soleil, film and television
•Isabella Byrd (BFA Lighting Design & Technology ’09) — two-time Tony Award nominee for Best Lighting Design (Cabaret, An Enemy of the People)
•CCM Theatre Design & Production alumni work across Broadway, themed entertainment, and live concert environments
