•Coursework includes Music Studio (private voice lessons each semester), Diction for Singers, Class Piano sequence, Music Theory I-IV, Aural Theory I-IV, and Historical Perspectives in Music I-III

•Major Music Ensemble required each semester alongside applied voice study

•Award recipients required to perform in Collegiate Chorale or assigned major ensemble plus applied voice each semester

What's The Process

Audition Process

•No audition required for admission - submit the Music Activity Scholarship Application separately

•Indicate Vocal Music Performance as the area on the application; specify voice range (soprano, alto, tenor, bass)

•Faculty review rounds: applications evaluated after November 15 and after February 15

•Early consideration decisions issued prior to December 1; standard decisions prior to March 1

•Students must be accepted as a Casper College student before a scholarship offer can be extended

Audition Expectations

•Recorded video audition is strongly preferred

•In-person auditions may be scheduled by instructor appointment if recording is not possible

•Application is not considered complete without an uploaded video recording
