Repertoire
•A solo, concerto, or concert piece that best represents your current playing ability
•Strings: any concerto, solo, or concert piece, plus one etude or caprice; memorization recommended but not required
•Woodwinds & brass: an etude or solo selection demonstrating both technical and lyrical skill, all 12 major and chromatic scales, and sight-reading
•Guitar: two contrasting classical pieces (e.g., Sor, Carulli, Carcassi, Bach), major/minor scales, and listed seventh chords; optional jazz, rock, or blues piece
•Percussion: prepared solo or etude on keyboard percussion, snare drum, or timpani; twelve major and chromatic scales on marimba, 40 PAS rudiments, and sight-reading
