Training
•Bullet: Three-year conservatory-style diploma with 35+ hours of weekly studio time, taught by faculty drawn from the professional theatre and screen industries.
•Bullet: Triple-threat training in acting, singing, and dancing every semester of all six terms; one-on-one voice lessons with singing specialists each semester.
•Bullet: Dance core in ballet, tap, and jazz (plus modern and hip hop); stage and screen acting includes a motion-capture (MOCAP) workshop.
Performance & Productions
•Bullet: Year 2 performance project staged in the Arbutus Studio; Year 3 culminates in a full-scale musical produced in the BlueShore Theatre.
Notable Alumni
•Bullet: Elicia MacKenzie — won CBC's How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? and starred as Maria in Toronto's The Sound of Music (Dora Award), shortly after graduating the program.
