•Available to students matriculating in fall 2027 and after

•Open to BFA Acting, BFA Theatre Arts–Performance, and BM Voice students

•Admission occurs after matriculation during the spring term, after CFA TH 109 and an internal audition

•Admission coincides with major selection; the concentration is completed alongside the degree requirements

Audition Process

•Admission occurs after matriculation during the spring term

•Interested students first enroll in CFA TH 109 in their second term

•The internal audition evaluates existing talent and potential for growth

•Admission is at the discretion of the Musical Theatre faculty and coincides with the student's major-selection process

Scholarship Info

Merit Scholarships

•Apply by December 1 Common App deadline to be considered for all merit scholarships

•ED1 applicants (November 1 deadline) are automatically considered

•BU is test-optional for scholarship consideration

Financial Aid

•BU meets 100% of demonstrated financial need for all four years

•Submit FAFSA and CSS Profile by December 1 to qualify
