Live Audition Class
•Bullet: Technique class includes West African, hip-hop, ballet, modern, and jazz
•Bullet: Class portion typically lasts about two hours, depending on applicant volume
•Bullet: Brief informal faculty interview follows the class to discuss academic and artistic goals
•Bullet: Tap combination is optional and used only for advanced placement
•Bullet: Optional 90-second solo does not affect admission status or scholarship eligibility
Digital Dance Audition
•Bullet: Submit 3-5 minutes of basic dance exercises in at least 3 of 5 forms: modern, hip-hop, West African, ballet, or jazz
•Bullet: Perform a 90-second to 2-minute solo in any dance style
•Bullet: Digital dance auditions due by 11:59 PM EST on February 1, 2027
