•Bullet: The World Music minor examines music in global cultural contexts through music, history, and interdisciplinary coursework.
•Bullet: Study options include the music of Africa, musics of the world, global traditions, and the relationship between music and society.
Performance & Productions
•Bullet: Students can participate in ensembles such as Beginning and advanced West African Drumming, Chorale, Jazz Band, and other department groups.
Facilities
•Bullet: Music students use dedicated practice and rehearsal spaces and the department’s Digital Audio Workshop.
