Training
•The 18-credit Music minor includes 12 credits of musicianship and music-history foundations, three ensemble credits, and three elective credits.
•Electives can include private performance study, jazz, popular music, music history, and special topics.
Performance & Productions
•Ensemble options include Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Chorale, vocal and instrumental groups, opera workshop, string ensemble, and West African drumming.
Facilities
•Music students use dedicated practice spaces, professional rehearsal grand pianos, and the department’s Digital Audio Workshop.
