Good to Know

Application Logistics

Apply through the KCTCS online application portal

The BCTC admission application is free and takes about 15 minutes to complete

First-time freshmen follow BCTC's freshman admissions checklist and published term deadlines

Transfer Pathway

This is a transfer pathway degree built to transfer into a four-year program. Confirm which universities it articulates to, and which credits carry over, before you enroll.

What's The Process

Audition Process

BCTC does not publish a separate admission audition or prescreen for the Theatre AFA

Incoming students interested in the Theatre AFA must contact program coordinator Tim Davis for a meeting about the program overview and expectations

Post-Enrollment

The theatre auditions page lists casting calls for BCTC productions; these are open to students, faculty, and staff and are not admission auditions
