•To declare BA Theatre, meet with the Undergraduate Director of Theatre
Transfer Pathway
The Theatre BA publishes a Theatre Transfer Path in the 2026-27 Academic Guide and allows core theatre courses, practica, and outside-major courses to transfer up to the department residency limit. Dance transfer work must document at least 63 in-class practice hours.
•Admission is through the university application; no theatre audition or portfolio is published for BA Theatre admission
•Students audition for department productions after enrolling through the regular casting process

•Multiple department scholarships available including the Excellence in Performing Arts Scholarship, Alexander Rae Baldwin Jr. Memorial Scholarship, Solomon Israel Theatre Arts Scholarship, Gruber Family Scholarship, and Alfred Brooks Memorial Theater Scholarship
•Awards based on artistic talent, academic merit, and financial need
